Please note the following policy changes for 2022, moving forward:
All custom projects will require a non-refundable $500 deposit due once the design work is set to commence, and client and designer have decided on design of the ring. If there are any stones to be set, the $500 will need to be paid before project is accepted. Client is responsible for all shipping costs.
The rest of a 50% deposit is due before casting and manufacture is set to begin.
The second 50% is due once the piece is completed before the completed piece will be shipped to the client.
